Account and school support
Email [email protected]. Include your adult account email, what went wrong and any support reference shown by the app. Share only what is needed to investigate.
Do not send passwords, pupil PINs, login cards, invitation links, identifiable pupil screenshots or children's check-in answers. If we need more information, we will agree an appropriate way to provide it.
Pupils should ask their teacher for sign-in help. School staff can contact us about test access, processing agreements, class allocations or ending their participation. Paid subscriptions and any referral benefits must be agreed directly.
Privacy requests and complaints
You can use the same email address and add "Privacy request" or "Privacy complaint" in the subject to help us route it. A particular subject line is not required. Tell us what you need without attaching identity documents at first. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority.
For pupil or classroom records, contact the school's privacy lead first where possible: the school decides how that information is used. We will help route a request sent to us and assist the school. For Edinplay's own account, support or business records, contact us directly.
We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and explain the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Getting help for a child
Our inbox and class check-ins are not monitored emergency or safeguarding channels. Use your school's safeguarding procedures and speak to a trusted adult if a child needs help.
