Codes and possible rewards

Personal teacher accounts can have a referral code linked to that account. The offer described in the app is a personal-membership refund when a referred school starts an annual account, or an extra month when a referred teacher starts a personal account.

Current Alpha access is free. A free test signup does not itself create a paid referral reward, a cash entitlement or a refund of fees that were never paid. Paid referral eligibility and the applicable offer must be confirmed directly with Edinplay before anyone relies on a benefit.

Email [email protected] with the code to discuss a referral. We handle verification and any agreed reward directly; the app does not automatically pay rewards or charge the person joining.

Be clear when recommending us

If you share a code or recommendation from which you may benefit, disclose that clearly alongside the recommendation. Do not suggest that a recommendation is independent if a reward is involved, and follow your school's rules on gifts and commercial interests.

Only share recommendations with appropriate recipients. Do not use pupil details, send unsolicited bulk messages or promise a reward on our behalf.

Referral information

The app stores a referral code against the referring account. If you contact us about a referral, we also process the information in that correspondence to check eligibility and administer any agreed benefit. A referral does not grant access to another school's accounts or pupil information. The privacy policy explains related account and correspondence handling.
